Held on 11th November 2025 at Shafqat Masjid
The final session of Seerat Club’s first cycle began with a soulful recitation of Naat Tala Al-Badru Alayna, setting a serene and spiritual tone for the evening. Maulana Owais engaged the children through an interactive discussion, introducing them to the personality and appearance of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — how he looked, walked, and spoke with such gentleness and grace.
The discussion then turned towards the compassionate nature of the Prophet ﷺ and how his kindness inspired the young companions who grew up around him. Through heartwarming stories of Hazrat Arqam (RA), Hazrat Fatima (RA), and Hazrat Ali (RA), the children learned how even at a young age, these remarkable individuals stood by the Prophet ﷺ and became heroes of Islamic history.
After Maghrib, Maulana Abdus Sattar (DB) delivered a heartfelt bayan emphasizing the importance of integrating the Qur’an into our daily lives and the vital role of tarbiyah (character building) in raising children with strong Islamic values.
🎁 Awards & Celebrations:
Cycles were presented to children who maintained perfect attendance throughout all 12 sessions, while special gifts were given to those who consistently completed their Reflection Journals — showing dedication and love for learning from the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
The event also celebrated a moment of great joy within our community — Babar Bhai, an active Seerat Club team member, completed his Hifz-e-Qur’an after over a decade of perseverance. The gathering congratulated him warmly, reflecting the beauty of persistence and faith.
📖 STEM Challenge — “Bhakkar ki Poonchakki ka Imtehaan”
Haseeb’s friend Ali had to leave their village to work as domestic help in the city after his family’s crops failed. Though his employers treated him kindly, Ali missed his school, his friends, and the joy of Eid at home. His simple wish — “I just wish to be treated like other children” — touched every heart.
That story reminded children that compassion should extend to every child — at home or beyond. Every child deserves dignity, care, and love — just as Prophet Muhammad ﷺ showed to all around him.
Taking inspiration from the young Sahaba (RA) — who served Islam selflessly — Haseeb dreamed of helping his village by solving its water and power problems. Remembering his science lessons about wind energy and geometric stability, he imagined building a “hawā ki panchakki” (windmill) that could power tube wells for the farms.
Inspired by Haseeb’s story, the children participated in a fun STEM challenge — building strong, stable windmill towers using spaghetti, tape, and marshmallows. They learned how triangles form the most stable shapes in engineering — seen in bridges, towers, and monuments like the Kotri Bridge, Eiffel Tower, and Burj Khalifa.
